VENDOR SPACE REQUEST FORM
If you would like to be a vendor during the Spinone Club of America National Specialty Week, just follow the steps as outlined below. It is easy and fun to share your products with all of our exhibitors.
1. Fill out the form below. Please write legibly.
2. Send the form plus your check (made payable to SCOA) to the address listed below.
3. Our vendor spaces are located inside the host hotel. The space will be based on need and availability. If you will need an electrical plug-in, please let us know. The vendor fee is $25.00 for the week or any portion of it, OR donation of an item/product/service of an equivalent or greater value to be used for auction or raffle at the discretion of the auction committee.
4. Make sure your area is secured after the show is finished for the day. SCOA cannot be responsible for any equipment or items.
5. We want to make your time with us pleasant and successful. Please let us know what we can do to help.
6. All forms and payments need to be RECEIVED no later than April 15th to insure adequate space is available.
